Production
All Papelle orders are shipped from Laguna or Camarines Sur, Philippines. Each order is dispatched carefully packed in a box to ensure your stationery arrives in mint condition, ready to take its spot on your desk.
Shipping & Delivery
Each product is intentionally made and meticulously stacked, cut, wrapped, and arranged by hand. It takes 3-7 days upon order before your package gets shipped out.
Delivery Time
- Metro Manila: 3 to 5 business days
- Provincial: 4 to 7 business days
- Pre-orders or custom builds: Please allow 5 to 10 business days before shipping.
Note: Shipping delays are imminent for orders placed during holidays and peak season.
Payments
We are accepting QR Payments through GCash, Maya, and local bank transfers.
As our brand is on its early launch phase, we are working towards enabling a seamless payment process directly through our website. For now, QR payments allow us to verify orders quickly and securely.
