Production
All Papelle orders are shipped from Camarines Sur, Philippines. Each product is carefully designed and produced in-house.
Journals and bulk stationery items are carefully packed in a box to ensure your stationery arrives in mint condition, ready to take its spot on your desk.
Shipping & Delivery
It will take approximately 3-4 working days from order placement to assemble yours before shipping out.
An email will be sent along with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched to the courier.
- Naga City: available for next day deliveries and pick up.
- Luzon: 2-3 business days*
- VisMin: 3-6 business days*
Note: Shipping delays are imminent for orders placed during holidays and peak season.

We are accepting QR Payments through GCash, Maya, and local bank transfers.
As our brand is on its early launch phase, we are working towards enabling a seamless payment process directly through our website. For now, QR payments allow us to verify orders quickly and securely.
